Blue Exhibition & Auction

Blue Exhibition & Auction

ITC Maratha, Mumbai

Fifteen senior metabolic physicians partnered with traditional Indian artists in rural communities to create fifteen unique peacock artworks. The resulting peacocks were exhibited in Mumbai and then auctioned. This initiative raised approximately Rs. 900,000 for COVID warriors chosen by the participating doctors (with artists receiving the floor price), and an additional Rs. 2,500,000 supported 178 families who provided crucial logistical services during the project. This impactful initiative not only fostered cross-cultural collaboration and community engagement but also demonstrated the power of art to raise funds for vital causes.

ART for HEALTH Exhibition

Rang De Neela presented "ART for HEALTH" at the prestigious Jehangir Art Gallery. This impactful exhibition showcased 47 powerful canvases, each depicting a unique patient's journey from illness to recovery. The project featured 47 doctors who shared the stories of their patients and caregivers, transforming personal experiences of overcoming acute, chronic, and mental health challenges into compelling works of art. "ART for HEALTH" successfully achieved several key goals: improving health literacy, recognizing the vital role of caregivers, and offering hope and inspiration to those facing similar health challenges. The exhibition served as a powerful testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of art.
